New Skill-Building Planners
We are excited to announce new skill-building planners! These aren’t your ordinary planners. Our intention is to support the process of how to plan, which is why each planner includes a how-to guide, monthly calendar, and a weekly and daily planner. But with our focus on development, we wanted to do more. Each week, a bonus skill offers the opportunity to learn about and practice an important developmental skill. These skills range from time management, problem solving, motivation, burnout, self-regulation, executive function, and more. To follow our bite-sized and buildable theme, we cluster our planners in 3-month sections to offer you more choice when committing to a planner.

Be Outgrowing now offers workbooks for those who prefer this format! Each workbook includes developmentally relevant information and opportunities to practice skills.
We currently focus on content for adolescents and emerging adults, but we are working hard to develop courses and workbooks for K-12 and beyond. And we have big plans to expand our content offerings! If you have a suggestion, please contact us.
Curriculum Creation
Along with developing from-scratch courses and workbooks, we create essential skills curriculum. Our educational and professional experience is in the area of human development and family studies. This means we apply all of our specialized knowledge of development (e.g., cognitive, socioemotional) to any content we create. We (the Dr. B’s) earned our doctorates in human development and family studies and have versatile backgrounds that culminate in classes you can trust for quality.
